heh it was fun man. soaking up the atmosphere of a hall which didn't have enough seats. was not as entirely nervous as i had originally expected. but yah i was still nervous. just sat backstage watching the other groups perform, and just stoned :p stone stone stone all the way till it was our turn. quickly ran down to the piano, and just played. left hand screwed up at one point, during the rock part. but thank goodness my right hand kept going, and koon's guitar kinda drowned out my piano anyway... so it was ok hahaha overall it was an extremely interesting experience lah. 1st time performing in front of so many people. but then again not many people noticed me, coz i was hidden behind a tower of speakers and the hood of the grand piano hahaha oh yeah man the piano was damn good lah!!! quality was wonderful! just the mic kinda lousy lah... but the piano itself was damn pro! actually first time in my entire life i'm using a grand piano, so that was another interesting experience as well hahaha not everyday u get to play a GRAND piano :p all i have at home is a normal standing piano. but better than an organ i guess :p didn't win in the end, but i certainly had fun over the course of rehearsing for the concert, and actually performing the concert. thanks to cheryl, josh, koon and derek. and xuanrui ah... must break your stupid collar bone, so no violin... gggrrrrr hahaha would've been so much cooler with u loh!!! oh well...

and cheryl, i'm not mad at you lah... i'm more mad at myself. ok lah must admit i was mad at you for a while, but that quickly turned to me being pissed at myself. so don't worry about it yah? =) and u did fine... not your fault that your guitar got tuned out, didn't have enough time to check lah. no sweat. koon... don't feel so beat up about it lah. guess u didn't know your guitar was really so powerful hahaha u got a good guitar man, so good till u didn't know it was so good :p

tmr off to PA... hope it won't last too long. scully i fall asleep ah!!! the chairs in the conference room are damn comfortable lah!!! cushioned leather chairs... can rock back and forth... jialat man. cannot fall asleep in front of AC hahaha

walked past each other again today with zero exchange of greetings or whatsoever. makes me wonder... have i really changed so much that this has to happen? has the situation really changed so much since last year? then again... what of the promise of good friends forever? oh well... there's still an itch in my chest whenever this kinda thing happens... but at least it ain't as bad as a sting =|

vball yesterday... beat SR. 4 sets to 1. finally won a game after 1 year of playing vball. but of course there's still much to improve upon overall. but for me, i think i played worst yesterday than against YJ lah... damn bloody jialat. screwed up 1st ball quite a few times in the set that we lost. in fact i'd say we lost the most points in that set coz of me. but yah overall we were better lah... more organised. :) felt good...

PE today was fun. went to MPH today to do uhhh... can't really remember what it's called also hahaha but it was fun man!!! wanted to do it again, but couldn't... crapz. but yah it was fun hahaha except i kinda wedgied myself at one point of time :p THAT part wasn't too fun

rocka rehearsal after tt. sound system f-ed up man! feedback all the way. mikes fuzzy, no proper piano mike. bloody hell rather use the school's mike for the piano man. hopefully they bring the proper one for tomorrow, otherwise i gotta play louder, and won't sound as nice liaoz. hope all goes well tomorrow... really do. actually quite scared i'd screw up, coz if i do, the whole song is gone =( stresssssssssss... but i REALLY wanna do well. 1st time i'm actually performing on the piano for anyone hahaha

yesterday went serangoon to jam. more like rehearse for rocka actually. 3 hours of it. didn't play much lah, due to the fact that i'm only playing in 1 song hahaha they all played until fingers pain... my fingers only felt cold :p but yah it was fun i guess... albeit rather expensive fun, but fun is still fun. after tt went toa payoh to meet bang and raoz for dinner. fell asleep on the bus and missed the stop. so had to cross the long bridge on the PIE just to take a bus back ONE stop. bloody hell hahaha was quite irritated with myself. ate at pizza hut... and just slacked and crapped our night through. finally a time when i could actually slack over a meal and just chat hahaha felt quite good lah.

today... luckily was a lecture day. not much mood for tutorials right now, coz all they'd talk about is CTs, which was kinda screwed up lah. and as usual this morning ho seng chye was pms-ing again in the LT. just came in and starting blasting the hell out of anyone who was late. unbelievable lah... just suddenly start shouting. can tell paul poh was kinda shocked and unhappy about it as well, but u know, must play along lah hoh.

after school had rocka rehearsal in the hall again. made one mistake right at the end of the bridge, made it sound funny hahaha but oh well, must admit i was kinda nervous. 1st time playing a grandpiano damn it. and 1st time in front of audience too!!! wah friday how sia... 800+ people =X ahhh should be ok lah, got rehearsal tmr and wednesday again, should get used to it by then lah i hope. ok i MUST get used to it by friday hahaha cannot malu loh... most of the song is by me... wahhhhhh...

oh yeah... PE today was interesting. mr lim made us do wheelbarrow around the track. guys in pairs. thank goodness for all the npcc PT on the track since sec 1, and all the lashings i've tied using manilla ropes. if not for them, my hands would be in pieces now. marian's and cheryl's hands are all pretty screwed up. huge blisters on the palm. guys more or less ok lah... but somehow or other josh's blister seems to be growing bigger... quite interesting actually hahaha me ok lah... just right pinky got a bit of skin rubbed off, but it's ok lah, can still play piano ;) cheryl had some problems playing her guitar just now... hope she gets well real soon. and i also hope we don't do the same thing for PE tomorrow hahaha
